SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Ludi Bouwer as director of sales, Latin America, and Zach Chambers as director of sales, Southeast, according to a company announcement. Bouwer brings experience with electronic security platforms, channels, integrators, distributors and end user needs across Latin America. Chambers, meanwhile, brings almost a decade of security industry experience managing multi-state territories and building trust-based relationships with dealers, integrators and end users. Over the past two decades, Bouwer “has focused on building sales and business development teams in Latin America for several U.S.-based distributors and manufacturers,” according to the DMP announcement. On the operations side, his successes include developing and implementing a false alarm reduction program and maintaining and expanding large-scale security systems, the announcement says. “DMP’s focus on quality, reliability and integrated solutions is a major reason why I chose the company,” says Bouwer in the company announcement. “I was also attracted to the fact that DMP is a strong, privately held U.S. manufacturer that can compete with the largest publicly traded manufacturers in the industry.” The Latin America territory includes South America, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Bouwer “will lead efforts to develop new sales channels and support existing DMP dealers throughout Latin America,” according to the company announcement. What Will DMP’s New Sales Managers Do? Chambers says “his well-rounded perspective on the industry gives him a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities customers face,” the DMP announcement says. “My goal is to be the strongest leader I can be,” says Chambers in the company announcement. “Not only for the southeast region but for DMP. I’m excited to help elevate this territory to new levels of performance, and to lead with integrity, loyalty and ambition.” Chambers recently served as director of global accounts, security & access solutions at Honeywell, where he “oversaw full account management and executed strategies that delivered revenue growth and long-term partnership success,” according to the DMP announcement. Chambers “will play a key role in supporting regional sales managers and elevating strategies and results at DMP,” the announcement says.
