Doyle Security Systems Acquires Sentry Alarms of Binghamton, N.Y.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Doyle Security Systems, Inc., has acquired Binghamton, N.Y.-based Sentry Alarms, according to a joint announcement. Sentry Alarms provides security services to more than 4,500 commercial and residential customers and has protected the Binghamton community since 1977, the announcement says. “I am confident our customers are in great hands with Doyle Security because they handle every partnership with the utmost care and professionalism, just like our incredible Sentry team,” says Jean Levenson, owner of Sentry Alarms since 1994. Why Did Doyle Security Acquire Sentry Alarms? “Doyle is thrilled to welcome not only the Sentry Alarm customers to the Doyle Security family, but the talented and dedicated employees as well,” says Doyle Security president and chief executive officer Jack Doyle in the announcement. “We look forward to serving the Binghamton community and providing peace of mind and the highest quality customer service in the industry.” Doyle Security will continue to run Binghamton operations from the current Sentry Alarms office location and will welcome all 27 current Sentry Alarm employees to the Doyle Security team. The addition of the Binghamton branch will mark the 11th Doyle location across New York and Pennsylvania.
