Electronic Security Association Announces nFACT Partnership

IRVING, Texas — The Electronic Security Association (ESA) recently announced a new strategic partnership with nFACT, Inc., a B2B labor sourcing marketplace, connecting electronic security and life safety integrators with subcontractors from across the United States. Through the partnership, nFACT “will become ESA’s preferred technology partner for subcontractor search, giving ESA members new tools to increase marketplace visibility and identify qualified partners,” according to the joint announcement. According to a 2025 NCCER workforce surveys, 45% of all construction firms reported project delays caused by shortages of their own workers or subcontractors’ workers. “As these labor constraints continue to affect project delivery across the skilled trades, ESA members need faster, more reliable ways to identify qualified service partners,” says Jillian Bateman-McIntosh, chief operating officer of ESA, in the joint announcement. “We are committed to ensuring ESA member companies have an edge as it relates to more effectively finding and sourcing field technician partners,” she says. “This partnership reflects our attention on delivering practical, business-building value to our members.” The ESA-nFACT partnership “gives members a new way to be discovered, differentiate their companies, and connect with qualified partners across the country,” according to the joint announcement. The nFACT platform includes a service provider database of more than 24,000 companies nationwide and is designed to help buyers find, qualify and manage service providers across security, fire/life safety, audiovisual, electrical, telecommunications, network infrastructure, building management and other low-voltage service categories. Why Did ESA Partner with nFACT? For ESA member companies, the nFACT partnership creates several immediate benefits: Increased visibility for ESA member providers. Verified ESA member companies will be identified with an ESA Member badge on their nFACT service provider profile, helping buyers recognize their association with the industry’s leading trade association. Recognition for companies investing in workforce training. Companies employing ESA-trained and certified technicians will be eligible to display an ESA-Trained and Certified Employer badge, further highlighting their commitment to technician education, professional standards and industry-recognized credentials.
