Knox Lane Acquires Majority Stake in Kent Ohio’s SAGE Integration

SAN FRANCISCO and KENT, Ohio — Investment firm Knox Lane has acquired a majority stake in SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC, a national security systems integrator serving mission-critical, blue-chip enterprise customers. SAGE Integration provides design, retrofit, installation, and maintenance of facility security solutions, with a strong presence in regulated end markets. The Company’s differentiated go-to-market model deeply embeds its team within its clients’ businesses, coupling its on-the-ground support with end-to-end security capabilities that enable seamless systems integration.
